1. Using a standing or sitting position to fix the soft ruler at 0 degrees to the upper edge of the eyebrow arch on one side of the head.

2. The soft ruler should be tightly pressed against the scalp (moderately tightened) around the point 1cm below the raised point of the head and the upper edge of the eyebrow arch on the other side back to 0 degrees.

Standard fit, order a size up if you prefer a looser fit

Note:1-2cm margin error may occur due to different manual measurement method.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. Grab your favorite t-shirt and lay it flat.

2. For the width half chest, measure under the left armpit to the right armpit. 

3. For the back length to neck, measure from the middle top of the back straight to the bottom of the shirt.

4. Match this chest and length information to the size guide to find your ideal size.
